FP7: Smart Consumer – Smart Customer – Smart Citizen

The development of energy systems by market participants increasingly requires a focus on end-users, adapting their own development strategy accordingly. Utilizing S3C tools to support user integration will facilitate a transition for energy market players from technology-centric operations to those centered around user needs and expectations.
