You receive a fully custom or standardised system with PLC programming, electrical design, and all the way to complete project management. We work with EPCs and directly with process owners to set requirements early, test safely, deliver efficiently, and maintain the system after handover. We deliver systems from a single unit to a plant-wide distributed control system (DCS), adapting to the end-user needs or design specifications.

For modernisation projects

We document what to retain, interface, migrate, replace, or virtualise – replacing only what is necessary and avoiding production shutdowns. We make sure the transition is well planned and scoped, undocumented behaviour is accounted for, then perform a staged commissioning of systems that have been pre-tested off-site to minimise time in the field. We cover Rockwell Automation and Siemens architectures.

Full-stack integration

We integrate PLC, HMI, SCADA, and batch automation in-house for a control system that is connected to the rest of the plant by default. Recipe control, alarming, maintenance, and batch recording can be developed in parallel without overhead and conflict that comes with using separate integrators for each.

Simulation testing

Before any material ever passes a valve, a digital replica of the plant is used to test all operations, conditions, and variables. This is especially important for scenarios that are impossible to safely test on live equipment. We perform a simulated FAT in advance of on-site commissioning, which saves personnel and material costs.

Our functional safety certified engineers ensure every revision, exception, and backup is verified and correct at handover.
