Digital transformation of the value chain in Plastika Skaza, including manufacturing execution systems and visual quality control with AI

The goal of the project is to implement a comprehensive digital transformation of the value chain and increase the commitment and efficiency of Plastika Skaza employees, focusing on the implementation of modern digital technologies in the field of logistics, procurement and storage, production, HRM, sales and management.
As part of the project, we will update SAP to support core, introduce a WMS system and predictive logistics, we will introduce a digital twin, IoT, UWB tracking into production, we will use modern sensors and the use of artificial intelligence.
